Department of Anticorrosion Engineering (Department) is experienced in technical development, consultation and engineering of metal surface and concrete structure. Our company was awarded anticorrosion engineering qualification of the Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Chemical Industry and acquired the 2nd class certificate of anticorrosion engineering of Shaanxi Province and the Ministry of Chemical Industry. There are 11 teams equipped with complete standard analysis instrument and R&D equipment as well as 2000 engineering equipment and tools. Department has finished more than 1000 projects in China.

* Zn-Al alloy thermal spray in circulating cooling water pipe
* Thermal spray anticorrosion and repair of metal surface
* Verification of anticorrosion program, test and inspection of anticorrosion material according to national standard
KHS-1 resin is developed for condenser anticorrosion and sealing and widely used on metal surface. It was applied in sealing and anticorrosion treatment of condenser tube and tube sheet and circulating cooling water pipe for more than 400 generator units with excellent performance beyond imported products. The product was awarded the first prize of Technology Improvement product by the Northwest Power Administration and the third prize of Technology Development by the Ministry of Power. |
